We want you to be happy with your IPTV box. Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the package being received.

Eligibility

• The request is submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
• The device is undamaged and in resalable condition where a physical return is required.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@ipiptv.ca or via WhatsApp with your order number. Approved refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method.

Shipping

Orders ship within a maximum of two business days after payment is confirmed.
